Emil Anderson Construction Makes the Builders Code Pledge

That’s why we’ve taken our commitment further by signing the BC Builders Code Pledge. The pledge sets a standard code of conduct for construction workers across British Columbia, ensuring that everyone feels safe and valued on their worksites.

By broadening the definition of safety to include psychological well-being, Builders Code empowers employers and leaders to create a workplace culture that attracts and retains skilled workers. The program provides industry-specific educational resources, including online courses and facilitator-led workshops, designed by construction professionals for construction professionals.
